Who is the developer, and what stage is the project at?
The developer is Azizi Developments. The project is off-plan and currently in its launch phase, which means homes are sold before construction completes.
What does the AED 60,000 expression of interest secure?
It registers you for the launch release and places you in the queue ahead of the sales event. The developer has not yet published the refund and allocation terms, so treat those as to be announced.
What is the difference between plot, saleable and built-up area?
Plot area is the land the home stands on. Saleable area is what you are sold and what the price is calculated against. Built-up area is the total constructed floor area across all levels, which is why it is the largest of the three.
How does a 30/70 plan differ from a post-handover plan?
You pay 30% in instalments while the community is being built and the remaining 70% when the home is handed over. Nothing falls due after handover, unlike a post-handover plan that spreads payments past completion.
Are service charges and ownership eligibility confirmed?
Not yet. Service charges and the ownership categories that apply to this community have not been published by the developer, so we will not quote figures for either.
